Before starting treatment, all patients must complete a thorough consultation and evaluation process, which includes:

• Being registered with a UK-based GP practice
• Providing a GP Medical Summary – available via your NHS App (Online Patient Record) or directly from your GP (this should be free of charge)
• Disclosing all medical conditions, previous surgeries, serious illnesses, and current prescription medications
• Understanding that only one weight management treatment should be undertaken at a time
• Acknowledging that prescribed treatments may be off-label
• Confirming you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, or have a history of pancreatitis
• Accepting our Terms and Conditions and reviewing our Privacy Policy
