A full assessment of the concerned area will take place, along with a full medical history.
If the area of concern is suitable for removal, your clinician will confirm this with you and go through the procedure process, what to expect and any risks associated with this.
An appointment for your procedure will be scheduled with the same clinician, for continuity of care, at a convenient time and can often be arranged for their next clinic. You will then receive a full breakdown of the costs of your procedure. The costs start from £150 and depend on the complexity and size of the specimen being removed.
