General Practitioner with Special Interest in Menopause

Dr Shannon qualified in medicine in London in 1999 and has over 20 years’ experience in General Practice. She has worked locally as a GP since 2007 and has a special interest in women’s health, holding diplomas in Reproductive and Sexual Health and from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, along with additional training with the British Menopause Society.
For the past 13 years, she has run a dedicated weekly women’s health clinic, gaining extensive experience in contraception, menopause, and menstrual care. Dr Shannon now offers Menopause Consultations at our clinic based in Tarporley, Cheshire.
Known for being warm and approachable, she values good communication and building strong connections with her patients to support better health outcomes. She also has interests in dermatology, minor surgery, and GP education. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
